BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

Applies to all charters operated by Bag Out Fishing Charters and Australian Tuna Fishing Charters.

 

1. FISHING LICENCE

 

All participants must hold a valid Victorian Recreational Fishing Licence.
You can obtain one online at https://service.vic.gov.au.

 

2. PAYMENTS & PRICING

 

  • Prices vary depending on the number of passengers and vessel availability.
  •  Final pricing is confirmed at the time of booking and may change based on fuel prices or operational costs.
  • Prices exclude food, drinks, and fishing licences unless otherwise stated.
  • A non-refundable deposit is required to confirm all bookings.

 

3. CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS

 

  • No refunds are provided for change-of-mind or circumstances beyond our control (e.g. poor weather).
  • If your charter is cancelled due to weather or safety reasons, you will be offered:
    • An alternative date, or
    • A voucher for a future charter.
  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled departure will result in loss of deposit.
  • If you book a multi-day charter (e.g. 2 days) and later decide to reduce it (e.g. only attend 1 day), you forfeit the deposit for the unused day.

 

4. WEATHER CONDITIONS

 

Fishing charters are weather-dependent. If conditions are deemed unsafe by the skipper, we may postpone the charter or issue a voucher for future use.

 

Your safety is our priority.

 

5. GROUP BOOKINGS

 

Group bookings may take priority over individual bookings due to vessel capacity.

 

If you’re booking as an individual, your charter may be rescheduled to accommodate larger groups.

 

6. GIFT VOUCHER TERMS

 

  • No Expiry: Vouchers do not expire.
  • Transferable: Can be transferred to another person if the original purchaser cannot attend.
  • Redeemable For: Valid for charters offered by Bag Out Fishing Charters.
  • No Cash Value: Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • No Refunds: Gift voucher purchases are non-refundable.
